Shipping
Your RETAIL PRODUCT order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from our facility within 5 business days of your order.
Shipping Charges will be added to the total of your shopping cart when your credit card is processed. There is a $6.00 shipping and handling fee for the first item ordered. There is an additional $0.25 shipping charge for each additional item ordered.
Your FIBER PROCESSING order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from our facility upon completion. In addition, your order will be insured.
Shipping charges and insurance will be added to your invoice. Materials will be invoiced when shipped.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax on all product orders shipped to addresses in the state of Tennessee.
This does not apply to processing work.
No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside of the state of Tennessee.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a RETAIL PRODUCT, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
All returns must be in saleable condition, with original materials and packing.
Custom RETAIL PRODUCTS are not returnable.
Shipping is not refundable.
Returns and exchanges do not apply to FIBER PROCESSING.
